During your navigation on the Cyclope platform and the use of the Services offered there, personal data
concerning you is collected and processed by our Services. This data protection policy aims to inform

The personal data concerning you, collected for the execution of your orders placed on the Cyclope platform, is jointly processed by CertiCycle SAS, the company operating the Cyclope platform.
The personal data concerning you is also processed under the responsibility of CertiCycle SAS for commercial prospecting, navigation analysis, audience measurement, behavioral advertising, statistical studies, to conduct satisfaction surveys, and to combat banking fraud.

We retain your data in our database only for the time necessary to achieve the intended purposes, then
archive it with restricted access for an additional period to comply with our legal and/or regulatory
archiving obligations, as well as for the duration of applicable limitation periods. After this additional

Your data is accessible to the service providers we use to subcontract all or part of the processing we carry out with your data (hosting of the Platform and data, maintenance, sending confirmation emails, SMS, emailing, secure payments, etc.).
